How can your prices be so much lower than other companies?
Most agencies are built for big clients with big budgets. We're not. We've kept our process lean, we use proven tools instead of reinventing the wheel for every project, and we focus only on the things small businesses actually need. That's it — no catch, no shortcuts on quality.
How long does a typical project take?
Essential sites are usually live within a week. Standard sites take about two weeks, and Plus projects are typically up in three. We'll give you a fixed timeline before you pay a dollar.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
Nope. You can pay once, own your site, and host it yourself or with the cheap provider of your choice. Our $19/month Hosting & Care plan is completely optional — most clients take it because it's easier, but you're never locked in.
Do I own my website when we're done?
Yes — completely. You own the design, the code, the content, and the domain. If you ever decide to take it elsewhere, we'll hand everything over with no hassle.
What if I don't have a logo, photos, or copy yet?
That's normal — most of our clients don't. We offer simple logo design ($150), copywriting ($45/page), and we can take photos with a phone if needed. We'll never let a blank page hold up your launch.
I already have a domain or hosting. Can I use it?
Absolutely. If you've got GoDaddy, Bluehost, Squarespace, or anything else, we'll work with what you've got. If you don't have a domain yet, we'll help you pick one and get it set up.
How do payments work?
We ask for 50% upfront to lock your project in, and the remaining 50% at launch. We accept cards, ACH, Venmo, or a check — whatever's easiest for you.
What if I need changes later?
Easy. You can grab the $19/month Hosting & Care plan, which includes regular small updates. Or pay $25 per edit when you need one. Just text or email — we'll usually have it live within a day.
